UNION TERRACE GARDENS
Redevelopment Project

Location: Aberdeen
Prime Scape has been appointed to restore new entrances, pavilions, raised walkways, events space at Union Terrace Gardens.
Commercial Project

Location: Edinburgh
Prime Scape were awarded the renovation of Edinburgh’s Old Royal Infirmary, a category listed building in the heart of Edinburgh.

Scape Project
Client: Balfour Beatty
Location: Edinburgh
Prime Scape has been appointed to carry out the installation of the hard landscaping on the City Centre West to East Link (CCWEL).
Redevelopment Project
Client: Chap Civils
Location: Aberdeen
Prime Concrete were awarded the Civils package for the Broad Street Redevelopment in Aberdeen City Centre.

Residential Project
Client: Zero C/Places for People
Location: Newtonhill
Prime Scape were awarded the civils package direct from Zero C for Phase 2 which is now complete. Recently we have secured the full civils package for another 48 affordable homes alongside 34 private units and associated roads and sewers.
Residential Project
Client: Dandara
Location: Aberdeen
Prime Scape were operating on this particular site for a period of around 9 months. We completed most foundations, internal drainage and concrete floors here.

IRR EXPANSION PROJECT
